Kasumi

I am addicted to making my ocs. A lot of my characters are vampires or else other supernatural beings. Kasumi is a vampire, who happens to be blind but also an excellent violinist. She's Japanese so I wanted to use this dollmaker as a chance to put her in more traditional clothing.
